A workshop was organized by The Abu Dhabi Group for Best Practices in Human Resources Management in association with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ADCCI) recently. The workshop intended to present the best practices that can be applied in performance management. The group was created to present a commonalty forum for HR practitioners, specialists and also the workers related with teaching and development. Such practices and developments in human resource activities will contribute significantly in completing the anticipated corporate vision 2030 of the Abu Dhabi government.
